Garage Rules: Terms & Conditions

⚖️ The Binding Legal Policy 🚗 The Enthusiast Summary
1. Acceptable Use & Conduct: Users agree to utilize the platform respectfully. Harassment, uninvited romantic advances, uploading explicit imagery, or engaging in antagonistic behavior towards other users will result in immediate account termination. Rule 1: Don't be a dick. This includes uploading photos of your anatomy (no one wants to see that!!!), creeping on people (this isn't a dating app), or trashing someone else's build. If you're here to be a pain in the arse, we'll delete your account faster than a BYD YANGWANG U9 Xtreme.
2. Limitation of Liability (Real-World Actions): The Company accepts no liability for any loss, damage, theft, or legal citations arising from the use of the platform or the physical placement of QR stickers on a vehicle. Users assume all risk associated with publicizing their vehicle. Your Car, Your Problem. If your car gets stolen, keyed, or you drive into a ditch trying to show off your QR sticker, that is on you. If you apply your sticker to your windscreen and get stopped by the police, that is totally on you! We provide a digital profile, not lessons in driving or common sense! By clicking "Accept," you waive the right to sue us for your own lack of common sense.
3. Intellectual Property: Users must only upload content to which they hold the copyright. Uploading unauthorized or watermarked professional photography is strictly prohibited and will result in an account ban and compliance with DMCA takedown requests. Don't Steal Photos. If you didn't take the photo, don't upload it. Don’t steal professional shots and crop out their watermarks. If a photographer sends us a DMCA because you’re a thief, we’ll hand over your digital head on a platter and ban you.
4. Content Accuracy: Users are expected to represent their vehicle specifications accurately. The platform is not liable for disputes, negative community interactions, or distress resulting from misrepresented vehicle modifications, parts, or models. Your Ferrari 355 is actually an MR2. Don’t lie about your specs. If you claim you’ve got a Stage 3 tune and it’s clearly a stock engine with a spray-painted intake, expect the community to roast you. We aren't responsible for the emotional damage caused when someone calls out your fake M-badge.
5. Account Termination: The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts at its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any violation of these terms, community guidelines, or disruptive behavior. We Are the Dictators Here. This website is not a democracy. If we think someone is being a nuisance, a scammer, or just generally exhausting to be around, we reserve the right to scrap your profile without warning. You were warned.
6. Privacy & Data Visibility: By registering and utilizing a QR code or searchable numberplate, users acknowledge that their submitted profile information is inherently public. Users retain the ability to temporarily hide their profile from public view at any time. Privacy (Or Lack Thereof). You are literally sticking a QR code on your car and putting your number plate in a searchable database. Do not complain about "privacy" when someone finds out info about your car. That is the entire point of the website. (Though you can always hide your profile when away from a track or show!)
7. Account Deletion: Users maintain the absolute right to permanently delete their account. Initiating account deletion will permanently and irrevocably erase all associated user data, vehicle profiles, categories, and images from the active database. The Nuclear Option. If you decide you're done, or if you're overly cautious and decide the site isn't for you, you can hit the delete button at any time. This permanently wipes your account, all your uploaded photos, and your car's details from existence. See ya!
